As an Account Manager for Laboratory & Facility Operations, I oversee the delivery of high-quality services to our clients by managing day-to-day operations, fostering client relationships, and driving business development initiatives. I lead and support a team of employees, ensuring their growth through mentorship, training, and performance management. In collaboration with other account managers, I work to streamline operations, share best practices, and support strategic goals. My role involves proactive client engagement, identifying opportunities for service improvements, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while maintaining a strong focus on team development and operational excellence.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and staying active by playing soccer. Whether it’s a weekend game or just kicking the ball around with my kids, it’s one of my favorite ways to unwind and stay connected.
